Reinventing the Primary Care Experience

Our Direct Primary Care Program (DPC) also known as Prixus Connect was established to provide uninsured patients access to our Primary Care services for one low monthly fee. This program is also a great option for patients who are struggling with high health insurance deductibles so they do not have to break the bank to get top-notch medical services.

​With this program you will get unlimited on-site appointments and telemedicine consults with quality time with our physician(s). Join a program that is created to meet your needs by a team focused on your health and well being.

  • ​One time registration fee

    $200

    Includes first month membership fee, the annual physical exam, basic lab work-up, and ECG in the initial visit ($380 value).● CBC (cell-blood-count)● CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)● Basic Lipid Panel● Urinalysis● Basic Thyroid Panel● Hgb A1C (Hemoglobin A1C)

  • Monthly fee

    $50

    This includes ● Unlimited visits to the physician in the office for illness● Injury and preventive care ● Sport physicals ● School physicals.

Registration & Setup

Once a client chooses a Prixus Connect Membership and the registration fee is paid for, an initial appointment will be scheduled. This appointment will be a full medical evaluation, also known as an annual physical exam. The member must arrive fasting in order to have blood drawn for the basic lab test included in the plan. An ECG will also be performed at the clinic, so please come in with comfortable clothing. Then the member will be placed on a payment plan; a monthly or yearly payment is also an option.

Exclusions

Advanced labs and other tests will be charged separately as they are not included. Our plans do not include the cost of medications. In addition, radiology or imaging services are charged separately by the office(s) or the radiology service provider directly. ER visits or any other Hospital related visits are excluded. *Prixus Connect plans are not insurance plans and are not underwritten by any agency. Anyone can join and most are accepted. Prixus Medical is not an insurance company. Plans are not to replace any normal healthcare insurance coverage but are in addition to and supplemental to coverage with regards to Primary Care. Insured and Uninsured members of our community are welcome to join.
